Certain Applications for Low Vacuum requires High Temperatures inside Vacuum Chamber. Special type of vacuum stepper motor can be produced to survive temperatures like 200 °C or 300 °C. ( 392 °F or 572 °F )

Low vacuum special low outgassing paint is used.
High Temperature wire isolation from Teflon is used.
